Hufy is an online marketplace that allows users to post, discover, buy, and sell products or services. The platform acts only as a facilitator and is not a party to any transaction between users. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, including passwords and personal details. Any activity carried out through a user's account is assumed to be authorized by them. Suspicious or unauthorized access should be reported immediately to support@hufy.in.
All content posted on Hufy must follow the platform's Content Posting Policy. Users must not publish illegal, harmful, misleading, or offensive material. Hufy may remove or modify any content that violates these rules or disrupts the platform's safety and integrity.

Hufy does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of items listed. Users are responsible for verifying information, negotiating terms, and completing transactions at their own discretion. The platform is not liable for loss, disputes, delays, or damages arising from user-to-user interactions.
Access to Hufy is generally free. Certain premium features, promotional tools, or services may involve fees, which will be clearly communicated before use. All payments, if applicable, must be made through the approved PayU payment gateway. Hufy does not process cash or bank transfers.

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Hufy after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes through in-app notifications.
