Users must ensure they have full rights or ownership before posting anything for sale. Content should be safe for all users and comply with local laws at all times.

2Acceptable Content

Hufy allows genuine products, legally owned goods, and legitimate services that can be sold or promoted within the bounds of Indian law. Posts should represent real offerings and reflect truthful conditions. Users may update, edit, or remove their listings as needed to maintain accuracy.

• Genuine homemade and handmade products
• Legally owned goods with accurate descriptions
• Real photographs of the actual item being sold
• Accurate pricing with clear units (per kg, per piece, etc.)
• Posts that follow local laws and fair-trade norms
• Community-safe content with no harmful intent

3Prohibited Content

Certain items and activities are not permitted on Hufy. Violations will result in immediate content removal and may lead to account suspension.

• Illegal goods, stolen property, or counterfeit items
• Weapons, explosives, drugs, and restricted chemicals
• Obscene, hateful, abusive, or harmful content
• Adult content or material not suitable for all audiences

4User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information they publish is truthful and complete. They must handle communications with others respectfully and ensure that any transaction conducted outside Hufy is done at their own risk.

Hufy reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any content that violates this policy or poses a risk to users. Accounts may be restricted or suspended if harmful, fraudulent, or illegal activity is detected. When required by law, Hufy may cooperate with authorities and share relevant information.
